Aoa , I am planning to get Yaris gli cvt , and the main reason I am getting is because I can install cruise since I travel on motorway a lot , but someone just told me that the option of cruise in 24 mode is not supported anymore, is this true ??

I don't think anyone has yet received the facelifted version of Yaris. So such claims cannot be backed by evidence. Wait it out.

My Yaris GLi CVT has 23k kms on the odo. Lately, the car mileage has gone down to almost 10-11 kmpl. The car is fully toyota maintained and I even tried mixing Hobc and even filling the tank with it..no use.

Any ideas? I dont think the plugs has gone bust since it is done only 23k kms and filters are recently replaced.

The main factor driving the fuel consumption in CVTs is the RPM, would you mind noting down the RPM in different situations, like in normal driving with / without any traffic?

Also, don't think the GLI has the instantaneous fuel average view in the speedometer / MID? That might have given some view, if available.

RPMs stay between 1.7-2k range. the MID shows 12.9 but tank to tank average is around 11. see the Fuelio screenshot.

I mainly drive on Lyari expressway (for those familiar with Karachi) so almost not traffic. Also alignment and balancing done with 20k service.

Just saw one yesterday white on the way from lyari express way to wards tower. Did not notice from the back as only shark fin antenna was there and Ativ buy when crossed pass, from back mirror i observed it and later from Rims as well.

AoA. Can someone help me confirm the variant of my 2018 (2021 import) Vitz. When I compare its features with variant details given on PakWheels, I get confused. It is push start with safety package (Auto high beam, Pre Collision and Lane Assist). It has twice applied auto braking and saved me (I had heard that its pre collision only features a beep sound and it doesn't apply brake at its own). No climate control. speakers in all doors and I guess 2 (tweeters?) in front pillars. ISOFIX Child Seat Anchors are also present. Door handles are of body color. Why I am mentioning different details is because I have not seen all these combined in single variant on this site.

I recently purchased a Toyota Yaris Ativ 1.3 MT, transitioning from a 2018 Toyota Passo. I was initially unsure about making the switch, but I'm pleased to share that the driving experience, engine power, and fuel efficiency have exceeded my expectations. The car has only 41,000 km on it and was well-maintained by the previous owner.

I have two questions that I'd appreciate your input on:

RPM Fluctuation with AC: I've noticed that when I turn on the AC, the RPM increases from its usual 650-750 range to around 1,000. Additionally, when the fan cycles on and off, the RPM fluctuates between 750 and 1,000. Is this normal, or should I be concerned?

Looking forward to your advice and feedback.
