its normal but ideally rpm should be around 950k or 960k rpm at idle.

it is very very unlikely that toyota changed the ECU on facelift yaris so yes the cruise should work.

My Yaris is 50k driven, and I have been using Toyota oil especially packed for Yaris since the beginning. AlhumduliAllah my ride has been performing well, but recently I came to know that Total's Quartz fully synthetic would give Yaris a smoother run, better lubrication and better mileage, as the oil Toyota selling is not fully synthetic. I intend to shift to Total fully synthetic on my next oil change. Would it be safe, better and wiser? Need you opinion on this. Thanks.

AoA, i m not expert in car technical details. I never had Auto car.
Now I want to buy Yaris CVT 1.3. my main issue is
1. how it will be managed/controlled while downhill as it does not have any Lower gear
2. Is Triptonic + CVT is reliable

1. It has triptonic, so you can keep your car in whatever gear you want. M1 is equivalent to L gear.
2. I don't see any issues with triptonic unless you starts to abuse it

Thanks. What you mean by abusing? If i use triptonic only on hilly area for climb or downward for 2 to 3 hours, will it be ok?

Can any one please guide me, I am feeling some delay acceleration on my yaris AtivX June 2022 model, and 22,800 Km Driven. I have to exert some extra push on accelerator to run the car, well on high speed it was normal. I think i have to concerned with showroom for engine tuning and Throttle Body cleaning with fuel injector.

Please guide experts.

i dont get it how you guys tend to go for used ones and not the new ones ? there is not too much difference but peace of mind for atleast 5-7 years in brand new car. why not go for yaris base version ?
