@crude101 i am in the insurance business since years. i have attended numerous claim cases which included minor/major accidents, thefts, water damages, fire, etc and i assure you that the claims are swiftly settled without any hassle. just quoting my most recent experience when one of my client had his brand new Grande hit by a biker in Multan. the head light got a minor scratch, bumper was little cracked. you know what? Adamjee replaced the whole head light (Rs.33,700 unit price), new bumper along with silver paint. client just paid 5% on parts only and had his brand new car fully repaired from Toyota dealership. so dont you think it was 'coverage'? insurance through a good company matters alot. secondly, insurance sector is tightly regulated too .

Yes. That offer is cool. Not offered by anyone else i think. In car4car, in case of total loss, they provide u exact car everything included, covering any price increase, own amount, registration amount, withholding tax amount and also a courtesy car till new car arrives

in other cases, you get the market value of your car in hand in monetary terms - not car to car. so it is even cooler

No, sorry, not cooler. How is it better? It doesnt cover any increase in price. If market price increases, they give u invoice amount. Lesser of the two. Also in case of loss, withholding tax is lost, registration amount is lost

By this, it means exact new brand new car

what if you own an older car? a 2013 model if totalled, you will be getting another same 2013 model - what do you expect of the condition of that other car, service history, faults etc etc? isnt it better if you get hold of cash equivalent to value and spend it as per your wish.

Am sorry, u got me wrong. The car4car package is exclusively for the 1st yr. And i think it's the best package for 1st yr. Yes, for subsequent yrs, conventional comprehensive should be the way to go

simple .... u get the renewal notice and pay the amount. The premium remains the same however; u can reduce the amount of sum insured if u like.

No. For example it's the 2nd yr of insurance. Car invoice was 26 lac. What about will be insured amount during this 2nd yr? Same 26 lac?

what rate is TPL offering you and which car? usually sum insured is lesser than the previous year.
