AGS jerks depend a lot on the driver. I have learned to drive it 100% jerk free in manual mode.
In addition to that, you can preserve the clutch as well. Again depends on your driving behavior.
The same practices apply to DCT as well.
On condition where you can't avoid jerks is when the gear oil is cold. Also, the jerks may increase if you don't use 75W (mono grade) gear oil.
