Turbocharging 4AFE.....!

U can use any nozzle of proper size(as discussed previously). Try finding it at ur local hardware store. I used contineous injection. As i was using a beltdriven supercharger with an electric clutch. so the timing was never an issue n so I was saved from electric gizmology:).
I simply turned on both the things at the same time. waysay bhi a 170 bhp Charade had hardly needed any the power boost more then few seconds. Ah!

@Ibrahim Bhai.....it might also help you on overboost as 5AFE on 12psi on stock..............i think this thing works out good......bcz if you won't use this injection system...i don't think 5AFE can hold that more than 6-7 psi max..!6 psi gain using this....!
quiet a good thing to use it......! but make sure you inject only needed amount.....more of it can work negatively...!
B/w...on how much boost you are running rite now after FMIC..? and hows temperature needle response

hmmmm! there,,,,might be some presure switch available,,,to activate or deactivate a relay to run the system.

Dont forget to add two two sub injectors as the stock fueling system wont be able to fullfil the requirments at the boost level. Other wise u would loose power without knock:) coz it is fuel which burns with extra oxygen provided n not the water. dude!

@Ser_Gtr Farrukh bro ... after FMIC I lost boost badly ... tomorrow I will check for any boost creap ... The temp problem still presists ... I dont know what to do coz there is no space for big radiator ... rest is fine ... recently I touched 180km/h on clock ... but due to temp rise i have to reduce speed...

@Ibrahim Bhai....i think compressions are high as they are causing engine to overheat......! also what about manifold? using stock 4EFTE one or custom made one.....i think you should also free flow it so that more of heat dissipates..try getting big and short in length manifold...that also helps you in gaining boost again.....!
b/w if you find 4EFTE head.....that should solve your problem if this head is shaved or what about using thick gasket or double gaskets....!that might lower compressions....!
i hope engine water circulation pump is working all fine and there's no blockage in water circulation system......!
Hope you overcome this heatup issue ...these kinda things spoils all of driving pleasure and fun

@blueanwer.....yes you are right........fo that much boost...you should increase fueling for sure...otherwise you will end up running too lean that it can cause serious engine damage also....!
i think bigger injectors and high pressure fuel pump can also solve this problem....thing is that is there's need to Re-map ECU as for increasing fueling or it readup by itself as air flow increases...??

With bigger injectors u would be needing a changed map of pulse duration as per the boost n without the boost etc. Bro it is the programer of who knows how much air the engine is consuming at any given rpm's n throttle angle. The Ecu just interpolate the final output from the values already given to the ecu's software. for instance a setup made for 242 degrees cam,or .5 bar of boost, wont be able to understand what to to with 272 cams or 1.5 bar of boost.

ONe more thing,i.e, The 4AFE uses an iron block n those who say that it has almunium block r wrong.

i read it somewhere on net that 4afe wasn't iron. If you say it is its fine by me i dont even remember who said it first..:).

As far as i am concerned these things really don't matter to me.

iron or not,, its an engine and that's what it is.

then..taking care of it and taking driving fun is my only motive to do with that.....!
b/w...i must say...4AFE is a nice engine.....! and i love to own it for my daily driving car....!
