I agree and reason being , Toyota is expecting orders in case of upcoming Yaris for delivery will start sometime in July or later. I don't think so, they have resources, technical and financial to launch two products aroud the same time.
It's just my opinion. Personally I think Toyota would like to cash on Yaris and dedicate the production time and supply chain towards yaris and possibly less than 3 months delivery time. In other words more sales in less time before Proton Saga comes in and obviously the new City which I have 100% news from insider that Atlas has started the initial plant upgrade and primary work has started and currently working on timeline.
Toyota want the big chunk of sales and make some revenue before the competition kicks in and I think the Corolla might come with a delay and most probably early next year. I hope it comes early
