Hi, todays I collect IHC decission copy and discuss with 02 lawyers in ISB, one is aware of all scene he need LHC stay order detail to make our appeal best.hope fully it will be available in a day, approx expense for appeal in IHC will be 100k.

WOW good. Yes, the more people the less cost. Do they guided you through what is the procedure and what is FBR doing on this? Because another good idea will be to be part of FBR appeal... means contact FBR legal team and say we are afectees and want to be part of the appeal. I am also checking with some legal people tomorrow. Because there are all sort of lawyer around.. any good lawyer will charge too much and the prblem is that these low level lawyers are just not honest and trust worthy.

sir lagta awaam ky naseeb main ya third class locally made cars hee hen lagta... gareeb ko tu kahein nahi faida aor na honay dana hai.. logon ny amnesty scheme main gariyaan khardein aor market rate hee par gaya end user ko to.. paisa tu smugglers etc kama gaye... end useer tu ragra gaya na... ainhein gandi aor unstable policies ki waja sy log darty hn business karny sy pak main...

amnesty scheme cars-joo bh policy thi av jb implement ho gai ha sb kuch ho gaya ha aos par judgment danay ka kya tuka ha bhala..... apni policies par qayaam rahna chaiye aor ya koi bh decision lanay sy phelay sochna chaiye..... ya kahtay hn ak id par 50 50 gari clear hui tu bhai aos ny agay sale kr dein na .... av aosay tu kooi bh nuqsan nahi hana nuqsan tu end user ka hua na js ny li hai gari...

1 lac is not less but yes less than the amount of vehicle. Plz do confirm from some other lawyer as well coz I think 1 lac is too much for the appeal. How would any poor man in any other case appeal if its really 100k.

Although the lawyer here in Lahore said it'll take a day or 2 but I'll try to push him to get the copy of stay order tomorrow.

I am not sure if an end-user can be a part of appeal or not. But if you are going to file an appeal then I think your appeal will later automatically be joined to that of FBR as usually 2 different parties in the same case are heard together as a single case. This will make the case much stronger.

YEs, thats why I am saying that we need to find a way to contact FBR legal team. Because they might be able to help us in the right direction as well and it may not cost us anything.

Simply astonishing. I believe there are all sort of lawyers around and you can get someone very cheap as well but every good lawyer will charge you simply an amazing fee. Every time a lawyer has fought a case of any celebrity in US .... at the end of the day that celebrity has ended up in huge debts. The problem is far more sewer in Pakistan. Let the fee aside, the whole proceedings are simply astonishing.

Official fee of the court for intra court appeal is 500rs per petitioner. However to file a case lawyer will charge. An advocate level lawyer of high court will charge from rs 50k to 100k.which is not paid in advance.first need to prepare a writ petition.then everyone can file it independent or a jointly. Court fee 500 per petitioner. Also one can fight his own case without a lawyer. So first need to prepare a petition for case. And that is not a very costly thing.afterwards as case progress lawyer can also be changed.

but irshad we cant fight our case properly because we dont know about articles nd lawss ... so lawyer would better fight 4 us ...
