Video Proof - Cultus AGS Gear Not Shifting Above Second

It is not going above 2nd gear and keeps on shifting between first and second gear only. Then I have to switch to manual mode to complete the journey.
Also when i shift the gear without pressing the break it dose not give the error
also when i put it in manual and shift and release the break without giving and acceleration. It dose not move forward at all like it used to do.

I fixed the issue.

It is a fault with the break switch. I tested it and this issues is only caused by the break switch and the carbon in it.

how many km is the car driven? consider flushing and replacing the ags hydraulic oil (not the gear oil)

yes creep mode is not working and its only driven 9700 KM and about flushing the AGS. what oil to put in it as suzuki is not selling me that oil. Also some say i need to flush it some say just take out the reservoir oil and put in addinol oil in it. which some say can be dangerous and damage the AGS

have you done timely maintenance from dealership? 1000 km, 5000km inspections? and gotten stamps on warranty booklet?

first just disconnect battery. leave for a couple of hours. and reconnect battery then check.

some other person asked me the same 25000 amount but the amount is not an issue. suzuki refused to even touch it. they only replace it. Bastards. My only concern is that the original oil is not available. i am concerned with mixing as a mechanic who seemed to be very knowledgeable and has a video on youtube about this issue told me that if change the oil without disassembling the AGS and flushing it. it will create sludge and will seal the AGS. But you say you changed it without any issue. Some say if i dont flush it and just change. it will create sludge. but they want to open up the AGS and charge me 25000 rs to flush so they might be saying this out of greed

i did all those things and did all the maintenance all on time and the battery disconnect thing i tired and did not fix. the issue still comes and goes.

changed the AGS oil just now. issue still there. discharged the old oil fully but still not fixed

You need to connect a scan tool to see what parameter is problematic.

my question is that why is Suzuki not replacing/ repairing this within warranty period, while you have done your 1000 and 5000 km checkups. Are they putting the blame on you for doing something wrong or driving a certain way? I have Alto AGS and I wonder if Pak Suzuki takes ownership of the products and its faults.

i did and launch scan tool did not find any issue and yes my break lights are working

my car is not under warranty. just went out of warranty and i only drive 9600 km in 3.5 years. they say even if my car was 50 km driven and 1 month in use. SUZUKI has not allowed them to fix this issue. they are forcing me to buy a NEW AGS unit for 9 lakh rs. I swear i am going to do something that will make them regret this. i told them to their face " ye nokri qabar me ni la jani na ye gari. agar koi kharb dimag ka admi jurr gia na to qabar me jaldi jana par sakta h" and i left. they waste 5 hours of my time took 5000 rs just to diagnose and said they dont know what the issue is or how to fix it and i have to replace the whole unit and pay for it. I was so angry and they did not even refund my 5000 rs. Bunch of thief's and bandits. I got all my checkups on time and all the oil changes on time and still this issue is being faced.

exactly. those thief's are looting. i should have bought a japnai car. same situation with those but i could go to bilal ganj and find cheap parts there. and those cars have better fuel economy and better drive and quality. i got ripped off badly and once i turn full phyco, someone from suzuki will be laying 10 feet underground

You can call or Whatsapp him at 0333-2135599, his workshop is in Faisalabad.

He also repairs the faulty AGS units, also he has facility to send
his mechanic or technician to your place for fitting it(Of course, he
will charge transportation) or you can also send your car to his
workshop for proper diagnosis.

This is very disappointing. They are also withholding all late delivery payments for cars delivered after september 2022 which in itself is a theft. There is no one where a customer can go to complaint except for the court. I have tried emails calls and everything except the legal procedure. Now thinking about it. The thing is that, is it even worth it to spend time and money to get what you were owed in the first place? The only reason I can think of is to get personal satisfaction out of suing them for damages.

dear i was also deliverd this car late 6 months after booking in 2019. they are theifs and were. nothing new. but giving a car that gives issues after 9600 km is beyond criminal and not fixing and asking for 9 lakh rs full AGS replacement is a bigger crime
