@Neuro, the Mini seems to have a 3 cylinder engine in it, or am I mathematically challenged? Plus, the radiator seems to have taken a short walk of sorts.....

It was MINI 1000 but unfortunately the engine was replaced.. like Romano said its a 3 clynder 1200cc GT engine... Everything else is original and restored... its year 1982 I believe... Bought the car for 2 lakh and I have spent about 50 thousand to bring it back on the road... I was asking for 2.5 lakhs but now i am willing to sell it for whatever I can get (best offer). The car will be at the MINI car show this saturday in karachi. My contact is 0300-2014539

romano yes you are absolutely right. I noticed that as soon as I had put the post up. what I fail to understand is why anyone would try and replace the A series engine... which basically is a bulletproof engine with all parts available.

spoke to buksh yesterday. met him at a hospital of all places. Addition to the family... not mechanical but biological. Congrats to him.

Also does anyone know of a Yank tank 1960s for sale???

Romano can perhaps help you in getting a 1963 Chrysler with a spare engine; original upholstery etc. at a bargain price (150K or less)...Imad (0300 8221499) may sell his Impala convertible 1965 around 800K . A Ford Galaxie Convt. 390ci (yousuf azam 03337264766)asking price 350K

CAME ACROSS THIS VERY SORRY SIGHT......THIS 1967 JAGUAR S TYPE USED TO BE IN IMMACULATE CONDITION ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO...STORY HAS IT THAT THE OWNER HAD GIVEN THE CAR TO A WORKSHOP FOR REPAIRS AND MET WITH AN ACCIDENT AND WENT INTO COMA..(I KNEW THE OWNER - MOHAMMAD ALI) ALTHOUGH AFTER A LONG TIME IN COMA HE REGAINED CONSCIOUSNESS AND LIVED FOR A FEW YEARS BEFORE DYING LAST YEAR ( HE MUST HAVE BEEN IN HIS LATE THIRTIES). WHY THE CAR ENDED UP LIKE THIS I HAVE NO CLUE.......IT IS LYING IN LINES AREA IN FRONT OF THE NEWLY OPENED 'MACRO SUPER STORE'
