It should be around mid-june. I might go for the preliminary tests again this time around. You're a lot more free to roam around and see cars from different points on the track. The cars are all running pedal to the metal though, because it's a qualifying time as well.

I might convince my younger brother to come along as well, he's not specifically into cars unless they're loud as hell and spit flames. He's in Albi, in the south of France.

Thanx. Please accept my codolences. I had met him only once at Jahanzeb Karamat's house in DHA Phase 1. He had brought this Mustang to show it to him. It was almost like brand new then like it is now. Once I had been to your apartment / house in Clifton opposite the telephone exchange and remember seeing this car under the porch. Then I know of your father thru the Jaguar Mk II he owned. I was having my Jag Mk V restored at a workshop called Autocraft and your dad's golden Mk II was parked in it's showroom. Asking price was a grand Rs.60,000/-. The car had very dark green leather upholstery. I drove that car once when Rashid sb. bought it of your father. That Mk II is now with a friend Vicky who needs to put in a serious effort to bring it back on the road. I wonder if you have any pics of that MK II..we would love to see them.

a friend called to tell me that this Lancia is for sale. You seem quite passionate about Fiat's and Lancia's I thought I 'd share this info with you. Asking price is Rs.300,000 negotiable. Car is owned by local bodies Minister Mr. Arif Ali Khan Abbasi ex Chairman PIA and PCB. If you are interested I 'll pass on Razi's number to u who can help u get this car.

so what all do you have under your belt i.e in terms of cars?
and are there any such cars for sale in khi?? ......... coz i heard you cant import old cars easily, theres an added tax to their age. but i need to know if any are for sale

@A1965, Nice Mustang. Number plate needs a touch up. Why cant Govt get its act together on reg plates? The stuff they throw at you would be a disgrace on a pushcart, let alone a classic.
Mohsin, the rear pillar sports an interesting motif, is that the so called 'opera roof?'
