Around page 306 there was discussion on a 47 Vespa. Any update on that. I believe there was another one as well on sale. Love the lowered light.

I have recently bought a 60's Vespa as a project. Will post photos as i get them. I am told it's a super. Motor works needs a bit of body work.

Just wanted to share some awesome VW's - I wouldn't restore them - would keep them as it is.......what do you all think

No one interested in a 67 beetle project?? What a shame, the poor bug dies tomorrow. 

it has the cleanest original floor I have seen with my eyes, no wonder its and Ex parsi owned car. We checked it out today (KP and I). 

KPSheikh bought a VW engine today which we transported to a packer for getting a custom crate and then finally to the Railway station to be booked for Pindi.

Had great fun today!

I bought my project Vespa for Rs.5,500, but it is a 60's model.

Still no update on the 47 Vespa. I suppose it was probably sold to the highest bidder.

i would go for a fully restored factory spec or un restored but mechanicaly sound split bug .the only problem with a un restored but mechanically good vehicle will be lack of apriciation from people who dont know the true velue of the vehicle in terms of money as well as sentimental value the only comment i would hear would be "woh dekho khatara" which isnt right ,from my point of view being complimented on your vehicle is part of the joy of owning it. love your bug by the way would look great in pastel green.

today i drove past the place where i had last seen the dax looking bike a couple of months ago .didnt see it but its worth a check there is a bunch of motorcycle repair shops once you cross sunny flour mill going from the pepsi factory side i think its about 500 or 600 meters down the road from the mill on your right had side . take a pic with you hope you find it. post some pics of the vespa please . i was told that wasent a 47 vespa but still worth it .

Electrical Wiring, tyres, upholstery, windscreen mechanism, fuel tank and rubbing polish. Will try to wrap it all up in 2 weeks

I love this bentley's dashboard, I like the Jag D type too but wat you think of this auto union D type V12. I love auto union racers especially v12, V16 was a monster to control.

behold.... the remake of V16 auto union C type by Audi itself with the help from the sketches and only on survived C type, I hope you will like it as you are pre-war car nut like me

awesome cars these Auto Unions - porsche designed them. They were furiously fast and spun wheels like nobody's business but were a nightmare as far as handling went. they chnaged suspension design during it's production.

yeah auto union changed the suspension in the production as it was a joint venture of 4 german companies against the mercedes and british racer and Hitler gave them 500,000 mark to build the world best racer, so it was hit and trial kind of production, I think only one driver was truly capable to handle V16 best,
