I was racking my brains on where I'd heard Andrew Cowan's name and then giving up, I looked it up on the wiki. He was the ex-boss of Mitsubishi Ralliart. Well, that's where I knew him from, he had a pretty nice career before that in rallying.
Well, neurosurgeons being perfectionists, I suppose they'd be at ease knowing that whoever you referred to would do the job properly.
As for the EVO VII GTA, at the risk of being shot down, I'll say that at this point it time, it is a very special vehicle. Leather upholstered, luxury "fast" car that can hang with any sports car without breaking a sweat, and being relatively rare. Not sure about the classic tag at this time though. Only time will tell. The EVO VI will become a classic, especially the TME. It is still considered by connoisseurs as the most extreme EVO ever produced from the factory (I personally prefer the RS Sprint, but that's just me).
