The Club met yesterday to celebrate 23rd March and to discuss holding of the car show which was scheduled for Sunday 1st April. The members present there who contribute 80 % of the cars for the show unanimously decided to postpone the show for a week.

The new date is Sunday, 8th April 2012. The reason for this delay is delay in shipment of two important cars of the club which recently took part in the Kuwait Concours d'Elegance and also to give time to some cars which are under restoration and an extra week would give them a chance to particpate. So 8th April is it !

a dear freind of mine has recently fallen in love with the Datsun 240z
hes looking for one; ideally in original salvageable condition as he is a novice at restorations etc.
a 260/280Z would suffice as well.

There was a maroon 280Z with original engine and auto transmission, with sunroof at a car dealer near Askari 4, Karachi till the mid of last year. I moved to Islamabad after that. it may still be there. Personally, i like the 240 better

I think there's a yellow, T-top version somewhere in Clifton also. Saw it a couple of times. location - if you drive towards the port a little from the new Dolmen Mall. it was parked infront of an appartment complex. Good luck!

Spotted this in Motor Expert I-10, owned some Dr. Sb., it was here for some work. Is it Vauxhall or Austin?

I am not sure if the identity of this car is confirmed as a Triumpf, but I know that such a car existed in Mumbai in the 1930's as I have pictures. In one picture the car is standing near the High Court, can be seen that building with that dome in the background, and in the second picture it is standing at Worli Seaface. Possible a similar car exists in Chennai.
