AOA hi guys..Sorry to be off topic and i know you arnt such fans of a classic mazdas but i was wondering if anyone knows the where abouts of a mazda Rx3 .. im keen to restore one and im happy with what ever condition its in, would really appreciate some help from the big guns on this forum as ive always wanted one...cheers

No Mazda RX3s in Pakistan as far as i know. although there are plenty piston model 2-door mazda 808 coupes of the same body shell. most of them are in khi.
there is one standing in the rimpa apartment plaza parking lot in clifton.
Its red and has the square head lamps...

the placement of cylinders

I = inline - all cylinders single file pedalling the crank
V = cylinders placed in two banks in V shape pedalling the crank.

I have been on & off this forum for many years but only having a quick glance over it & then getting distracted with other things.
Today I have had some spare time & I logged in & found this amazing thread, I have learnt so much about some of the vehicle that are in Pakistan, I could never imagine some of them. I also did not know about VCCCP this has really interested me even more that there is a group in Pakistan looking after heritage.
I am from the UK & have spent all my adult life working with vast variety of vehicles, currently restoring, maintaining, dismantling & selling BMW & Mercedes.

I will be keeping a close eye on this forum from now on, this has really made me happy to see that vintage & retro cars have got a lot of recognition & love for them.

I have not had the opportunity to own any vintage cars yet as I have a lot of love for the retro 80's cars, I have a small collection which is for keeps & I would love at some point in my life to bring over to Pakistan where I would like to settle.
I was thinking of uploading some pictures of my cars but did not know if it would be appropriate as they are not vintage or in Pakistan but on the other had I am Pakistani if that is any good?

to the folks here working on english metal - please share your agonizing times when you tried to wade your way through the whitworth spanners.

I had a short experience to work on an old BSA - that bike had whitworth, standard, reverse thread all thrown into the mix with no marking whatsoever. Even the manual told you to return screws to their respective positions. I mean HOW did that pass?????
