@allOn a tourist visa of UK, can one fly from Dubai to London and London to Toronto? is it allowed? if one carries visa of Canada?

yes you can transit [ as break in journey cross immigration at UK passport control check-in few hours / days later for onward to Canada ] in UK on way to Canada, check from your airline. They will check validity of visas and itinerary before allowing a boarding pass. This is very common practice of some people i know.

no they don't. you don't need a NICOP if you have a Pak P.port. yet you can at one time have a CNIC,NICOP, and Pakistani p.port all three at one time. Pakistani p.port used to be issued for 5 yrs and NICOP for 10 . Nicop is also cheaper than getting a passport made. BTW just fo info, one NICOP and CNIC have the same serial nos

With visa services outsourced to jerrys in most of the countries its best to have nicop.i lost my card last year and had to take visa for Pakistan.It cost me ?80 instead of ?40 what it used to be but the best part is GOP still got 42? ,rest was handling fee for jerrys.

Can someone please tell is an FRC (Family Registeration Certificate) is mandatory for applying schengen visa?
It is necessary when your blood relation family member sending u a invitation letter such as brother,sister,parents e.t.c
otherwise not.and as per i know FRC stands for Family Relation Certificate for that you are required to have B-form for the proof.Regards.

How they are going to process when they are not accepting online payments hence the application?
