Can I apply for NICOP from anywhere in the world or from my country of residence only? do they ask for residency visa/permits?

Their online form is not accepting payments; giving error.

Please advise.

can you guide me about documents to be prepared and about what to reply in an interview to get visa

Just be what you are (natural), don't show off, don't make things up and lie about anything. Just answer visa officer's questions truthfully. Don't wear a suit, just go in casuals; a lot of people wear suit like its a job interview. He didn't see a single document, not even hotel bookings or bank statement or employer's letter.

When first I applied I was not aware as somebody told me to get a sponsor letter from someone living in USA so I got from my cousin in USA, I think due to sponsor was there they have rejected me also it was in 2012, do you think If I will applied now with itinerary and hotel booking they will not check my previous record.

They can see your previous record but it doesn't matter. Why is it would be necessary to get a letter from your relative? what if you don't have good relations with that person? how can they make it obligatory? you can apply again even after few days of first rejection. I have read in forums that those who even applied after few days of rejection got the visa approved. Bottom line is, there is no rocket science, just be yourself and it all depends on the visa officer; just don't lie about anything is the only rule.

Remember, a passport with rejection stamp is more valuable than a fresh passport with no stamp. Many people have got visa after 3 or even 5 rejections. Change your circumstances. Never lie. Money is least important to visa officiers.

If you are working in Russia legally with a valid work and residence permit then better apply in Russia.

I am working legally work visa with an Italian firm but to apply visa from here you need to travel 3500 KM by plane to another city which is really not possible as I cannot get free from my work for this trip any time.

Better apply from where your job is and where you spend most of your time. Keep all the documents ready and with you.

Does anyone know about the procedure of new zealand tourist visa? i want to travel with my family.

When i got NZ visit visa 8 years ago the processing was done in Bangkok. After receiving visa approval letter one had to visit Bangkok and go to NZ embassy for visa sticker placement in passport. I heard they shifted processing for Pakistan nationals to Dubai embassy.

Ha ha ha yes but that much high as you think about them. I am working with them last 8 years.

No travel agent. Google the website of NZ immigration. Either Dubai or Thailand embassy website will show you detailed application procedure for Pakistanis. Docs are sent to them by courier. Once approved you need to visit for stamping. Pakistan law does not allow passport to be sent overseas by courier. It is illegal. Therefore personal visit is mandatory.

This website is in english and very easy to understand you may only need to visit Singapore or Dubai to get visa stamped after approval is granted
