Yes. Right. But being 15 years old model, I am a bit sceptical, even if its 115 K Kms driven. And it seems highly unlikely in 15 years. Only its owner can confirm that whether odo reading is 100% accurate or otherwise.
Usually, meters are reversed when cars just arrive at Karachi port. Then, while selling, some owners also reverse meters. So if meter has been reversed once / more, and no one can confirm that meter has not been tempered, I think its better to play safe.
Then, it has also happened here that when owners switched to OEM recommended engine oil grades (although by book, its right and suggestions weren't bad), engine dhuwa'an ma'ar gye! (I can't precisely translate it in English
). That's why I am recommending 10w-30 / 10w-40 being on safer side.
