seriously though, mustangs are rare and any that have gotten to a stage where the body/khoka is lying around is probably beyond repair,.. otherwise one of our ricer friends/members would have already bought it. my advice is to stay away from such jinazas as they will just cost you insane amounts of money,.. with little return. BTW a correctly built VW will R@PE a mustang (stock) in both straight line speed and handling.

BUT there is nothing that can match the rumble of a V8!

good show on the parts, i've been contemplating ordering some in for a while now but never really got around to doing it. after seeing your stuff, i think i will. a few questions:

did you buy them online and have them shipped directly to your home in pakistan? islamabad? any possible problems, issues, etc that arose?

was it delivered via FEDEX, DHL, priority mail, etc and the likes? and which website did you use for the parts?

Thanks man, I know the inline filter looks even better installed in the car. As far as the valve covers I am not sure if I should install them, we'll see.

All the parts get shipped to my house in Canada since shipping is free with in Canada and someone from my family or I bring them back whenever we travel back to Pakistan.

CIP1 does ship to Pakistan at a resonable rate but I am not sure how the ship.....I had a bad experience with the customs when I ordered parts for my other beetle. Since then I dont get anything shipped to Pakistan.

i think that your car can handle the valve covers, it's not like you race it or something so a degree or two won't make a huge difference. really looking forward to seeing your car again soon. sadly i havn't done a damn thing to my 1303 in the last few weeks (infact i havn't even started her). i really need to get some time out to fit my rims.
