Water Level Down from the Radiator

AOA. Mere pass Cultus 2007 EFI hai 3 month pehle used mai li thi problem yeh hai k radiator ka pani kam ho jata hai aur plastic bottle be empty ho jati hai jab pani dalen tu 1.5 litre bottle ka half pani radiator mai dal jata hai aur baki plastic bottle mai samaj nahi ata aisa kio hota hai, agar koi leakage ho tu sara pani khatam ho jana chaheye. Radiator ka main pipe b change karwaya hai mai ne aur rubber pipe be change keye hain problem thek nahi hoi. Kia issue ho sakta hai koi bhai suggest kare please.

waterbody leak hogi. Belts k as pas rust ya water deposits check karain.

Radiator Inlet and Outlet pipes are muti layered rubber pipes so don't bother searching for a metal pipe.
Get your radiator serviced on priority, as extensive pressure is building up inside the tubes which causes the water to evaporate out of the system.
The heat exchange tubes must be blocked and after the cleaning put atleast one bottle of coolant and fill it up with clean water.

Please check inlet and outlet pipes of radiator thoroughly.
Mine was leak from engine outlet.
Radiator service men can easily diagnose that.

the water pump intake is a metal pipe on this engine. It does corrode off and cause phantom leaks which cannot be seen from top of engine.

Its the piece where the lower radiator pipe joins to

our members @margallar and @syncview had a really funny water leak on this similar engine that caused some heartache for them but they found it and fixed it too

I had burst radiator 2 months back, that lead to gasket loss, so i got new silver radiator and new gasket installed. But problem of overheating is still persisting. Got gasket changed again. Radiator service was also done. Radiator cap also changed. Now 4 days back i asked a mechanic to check for leak from metal pipe from water body, he said it's okay, there is no leak. But he saw only from top of the engine. I have spent 40K on my clutus in last two months. Whenever i drive it with AC on, it gets overheated in 20 minutes. Sometimes pressure builds in radiator, and bottle gets filled. Temperature needle stays in the middle. I don't want to waste anymore money. Please suggest something which could solve my problem completely. Should i keep changing mechanics or should i go to susuki workshop??

If temp gauge stays at middle then how you know that engine is over heating?

Brother please check your AC condenser and fan also.
If car overheats only with AC then there is some problem with AC.

It starts missing while running and engine shuts itself off when it is overheated.

After recent gasket change, AC freezer leaked all the gas, and freezer had to be changed. It gets overheated even without AC but later than when AC is on (after longer distance).

So radiator pipe become hard with pressure and temperature gauge shows half, overflow tank gets filled

No. Not yet. Another mechanic is saying that he will open head of engine and will get it faced. But i think it was faced when the previous mechanic changed gasket Now i have parked the car. Can't bear any more expenses for blind guess of mechanics. Please guide me, should i take it to suzuki workshop? Are those reliable?
