you did not get my point. all those people who buy NCP vehicles know it good that they are illegal and buy knowing it. mostly they are politicians and landlords with high approach. common man should stay away from this

Thanks for your input. Now I've got your point even more clearly. You are talking about these politicians and landlords who roam in their NCP Land Cruisers. I've another question for you. Choohay ko agar app aik NCP Land Cruiser main bitha dain tau wo kiya Chohay say shair bun jayay ga? Choha Choha hee rahay ga. What do they want to prove by sitting in an NCP Land Cruisers? Do these rats want to become lions by just sitting in an NCP Land Cruisers? Even by doing so, they will remain rats. Mairay liyay aik choar key koi haisiyat naheen. Aik choar, choar hee hota hay aur ussay koi izzat nahen mil saktee. Izzat sirf kirdar say miltee hai na k daulat say aur na hee aik mehaingee garee say. Aik NCP garee main baitnay walay choar ka kiya kirdaar ho ga aur kiya izzat ho gee?

Saying that Politicians and landlords buy NCP only ?? Well if any one if them does that he is not a landlord but a petty "Thief". You see these village based people in SUVs becuase its there need because of having broken or no roads there. The status symbol all around the world in vehicles is luxury cars and Not SUV.
