What are the charges if an NCP is caught?

To ap Govt of Pakistan sy kahiye na k cars py duty and taxes 500% sy kam kr k 25% kr dein ya country ko duty free kr dein l ta k NCP ki zarurat hi na rhy. Magr nahi hum awam ko tang krein gy danda dein gy or bye the way this the major source of earning HARAM for the govt as well as for the custom dept and for police as well.

How many of you know people who had they ncp cars or bikes caught ? I had a 125 once that was surprisingly ncp it was a 89 model and I had no idea it was ncp I honestly never appeared on the radar.

I even heard that 95% of these sports bikes in Karachi are all ncp, I never heard of anyone who got caught for charged for having it.

Yes I do believe cars get caught but I also assume that’s because they can take a larger bribe but I dono how people with sport bikes manage to fly around without any hassle
