If I were you, I would have chosen Altis 1.6 2016 but its price is on the high side of the bargain, it would be around 2.5-2.6 mil at most, still, it's the best among the choices that you have mentioned, although Civic 2015 9th gen is also a good choice, and you will enjoy its drive and road grip even more than Corolla Altis 1.6 but at the expense of overall comfort and stiff suspension. Apart from the above, exclude 2017 City Aspire Prosmatec from your choices as it's not fair to compare City with Civic or Corolla as it's a different category sedan and is not worth spending 2.45 mil from your hard-earned money.
