Which car wax is goog (carnuba or turtle wax)

I want to know which car wax is good for shine.
what is the current price of turtle wax / carnuba wax?
where to get that wax in Rawalpindi? i am currently using cosmic (korea) on my ride.

Sir P21S is one of the best in carnauba waxes, very expensive though.

Wolfgang is best in synthetic waxes, even more expensive.

Formula 1 wax is not bad for regular use.

but if you want something really special, try to get hold of Meguiar's Gold Class or Nxt Generation..they arent available here in Pak though, you may import them.
other than this you can buy Mother's Carnauba Wax, it is available in Pak..it is pretty good too, would cost you around 1500-1700

Do try auto glym's synthetic resin polish. It really gives a very high gloss shine even after 2,3 washes afterward.

Rubbish! Those don't even remotely compare to Meguiars Tech Wax or even Mothers California Gold. And then there are even better products like Zaino or Wolfgang.

Turtlewax is for people who have no idea what real waxes are.

If you are into marketing at all it would be a good idea to get in touch with this guy, I think he's got too much of a stock here and there's not as big a market here as he expected...

thanks for the offer bro, but the fact of the matter still remains that people usually arent fond of meguiar's..they still believe kosmic is better lol.
if he is having problems selling it in karachi, then lahore would be even worse, since the population is pretty less, comparatively, thus the target market would be just a few in numbers..and general public wouldnt buy a good quality product just because of its price..sigh!
i use meguiar's and i wish everybody else could also get a taste of what its all about..but do keep us posted if your cousin or anybody else you know could source the product in lahore..it would be great!

Well the thread seems to be going towards really high end stuff when someone can spare quite some money for something like a car wax........... anyways has anyone tried the new range of stuff from guard the filter company ........ there are some car wash n wax and liquid wax also available.... wondering if they are any good.....

Yeah but then the market in karachi is very different, very fast.. where cheaper products are preferred and people are less involved in taking care of their cars IMO.. In case you do come across a few enthusiasts upcountry, you can source them from Karachi.. But of course there's no pressure.. just presenting some points in favour of it for the sake of discussion..
