Don't know the costs nowadays but I've learned this: Don't get a 2 tons AC. Instead get 2 ACs of 1 ton if the room is large. With low voltage a 2 ton AC won't work, no matter which company.

And with 2 ACs of 1 ton, you can switch 1 or 2 on etc..

For smaller room, if there is no low voltage problem, 1.5 ton is fine otherwise 1 ton
