I have used online calculators to determine AC size for my room. All calculators say 1 ton (12000 BTU) is enough. But shopkeepers say go for 1.5 ton. My room dimensions are 16x14 feet. Roof and one wall is exposed to sunlight.

You need high pressure and low pressure pipes, separate foam insulation for both. 3 core wire that can bear 16amp load. AC bracket, 4 mounting bolts to attach bracket to wall, 4 bolts for mounting outdoor to bracket. The installer will have the bolts, but they might charge you separately for them depending on your negotiating skills.
