White smoke in morning? expert opinion requested

i have noticed this for the last three days that whenever i start my car in morning, there is white smoke for 1 or two minutes. m very woried about this. i have just changed oil few days ago (caltex havolene formula 10W-30).
the car is almost new................ Why white smoke????????????

i dont want to go to Suzuki workshop for warranty ........... they work very carelessly

is this a serious problem??????

what should i do????

any expert opinion?????????

Brother All cars dont do this. i think that u r talking about steam.
but that smoke was not steam.............. that smells burning enginge oil

one of my friend told me that there is a problem in its engine especially valves????

any remedy??????????

it isnt dangerous dat much if it disappears after sum tym! when da engine gets warm!
dey r ov da openion k it happens..when da engine oil is thick nd cold..tou oil pumping b effect hou rai hoti hai..!
he juz said k jab start kro tou dont give sudo accelerator!

aap zic use kr k daikho in winter..! coz..i use zic in winter nd havoline in summer..!
many ppl say it dosnt matter but..! its my finkin..!

Get it verified from good mechanic that smoke is due to blow of oil or not as white smoke in cold is common in cars running on CNG but the smell & color of both smoke is diffrent for sure.

The viscosity of multigrade oils dosnt increases wid increase in engine temp but decreases.

our mehran also makes this kind of condition,
and specially it,s winter.
it makes the engine oil level low.
and i think our car,s engine is weak,e.g rings and piston should be changed?
or is it oil?
it,s runing on petrole.

My city started giving white smoke after I changed the Oil to Zic A+. But in the morning, I see almost every second vehicle giving that white smoke. So I think there is nothing to worry about.

boy dont worryy...u no how to find the engine condition by cheking the smoke in the morning of the car ..and if its throwing white smoke plus water.than u got the best condition of the engin

no i dont think its a serious problem this thing happens with all cars in winters nd that kind of smell ur takin about also comes when u start ur car its nomal happens with my car also

Dear Same was the problem when i got my CNG adjusted from a CNG specialist of my Nissan Sunny. please not that i know the difference between Smoke and steam.
i talked to a mechanic he told me that Rings need to be replaceed.
But my uncle who do his car work by himself asked my about the work that i got done during the last one or two months. we i told him about CNG adjustment he asked me did the CNG specialist adjusted CNG through the adjustment of carborator answer was "YES" he smiled and said to open the bonet of the car and simply adjusted the carborator and till than my problem stands solved.
He told me that carborator have two adjustment screws one on left and other on right. in my car left side screw, while standing in front of car, is for air coming to carborator and screw on the right hand side is for fuel i.e. CNG or Petrol. Problem was that CNG specialist has decreased the ratio of air intake whereas the intake of fuel was on high end and the mixture of air and fuel so available was not up to the standard of proper burning and the smoke was generated more.
so you may also by the concent of some specialist get your carborator adjusted and might b u can get your problem solved (Insha Allah)

i guess nobody is able to tell the right thing...i also had same problem with my alto 2005...actually it happens with CNG vehicles...as oil from Cng contaminate the carburator & mixting chamber....& when u start the cold engine with choke or pumping ...the rich petrol mixture mixed that oil & produce smoke....

how I fix it....well dont go to any mechanic just buy a carburetor cleaner spray...read the instruction...& do it urself its vry easy...Bingo!! no smoke.....but eventually it will come back after few months...depnds how much u drive...then it means its time to clean carb again...the spray last for several time...
