Will i be fine wearing shorts in Pakistan (Lahore)?

I am coming to Pakistan (Lahore exactly) very soon on Month long tour. Just wanted to get some info before regarding what to wear. I am used to and comfortable in wearing shorts with a T shirt. is this dress considered offensive in Pakistan?

lol. no its not considered offensive. but it is very cold here, so pack some warm clothes. where are you coming from ?

yes, camels in Lahore desert would take it highly offensive.

watchout for the food street aka gawaaal mandi

they had a big board placed there , when i went there the last time , saying ,

CHADDA / NIKKAR pehan ke aana mana hai .

me and my friends were amused at this ,
and we bought special trousers with a zipper at knees , which opened up to transform the trouser into a short .

we went in , transformed the trouser into a CHADDA and roamed in there with a "chadda" on , even took pictures besides the board , no one said nothing .. lol ...

besides , no worries as long as u r not near Peshawar or specially BANNUU , or even interior sind

and to be honest nothing's offensive as long as you're not teasing or disturbing anyone! let that be peshawar, bannu, lahore, or anywhere else!

its pretty cold here,u wont be able to wear shorts,its about ,minimum temp varies from minus two to three n four degrees
other than the weather wear anything u want buddy

pack some nice jeans with you for winters

Nothing to worry about wearing shorts.But now a days temp is quite low at day time in lahore usually between 5-9 Degee Celcious.
Other then that not to worry.

well in skt cantonment shorts are not allowed, if you are wearing shorts than you will be fined ... But thats just in skt i guess, no idea about lahore ...
