A highly appreciated activity... but I must say that women empowerment require heavy male support from riders as well... and instead of being reluctant to let them put hands on wheels we should encourage them in every possible way ...

It's good to encourage them , yes that's right but before bringing in females kindly correct the current situation. Last month more than 30 youngsters died because of head injury. If only were they wearing helmets they could've been saved. Punjab government and infact all over Pakistan helmets should be mandatory and a fine of 5000pkr should be slapped on people who still not wear them. loosing youngsters like this is a shame.
I have seen a couple of females riding bikes here in Lahore and all of them were without helmets.

Kuch log foran human right activist bun jatay hain, halan k baat mazah k peraye me ho rahi thi. No offence bhai jaan. I was just talking about women on wheels and accidents ratio by males and females.

So keeping in mind the tharki nature of awaam, will these "women on wheels" only be providing ride hailing services to women?
If yes, then majority of women would not opt for this because they usually dont go out shopping etc. alone... and 3 women on a bike... hmmm

Not ride hailing services, it's like Peeli Taxi Scheme for women to have their own bike/scooty on subsidized price.

Its a great initiative taken by Govt of Punjab but before they ride they need to learn the safety measure while riding

95% motor bike riders are a menace on the road.
They swarm roads at high speeds and endanger themselves as well as other vehicles.
every day I see at least 2-3 riders falling or colliding on the road.

I guess women will be safer than male riders.
