Wrong ownership details at MTMIS and Pakwheels Online Vehicle Verification

Dear Friends,
Today I randomly checked the Pakwheels Online Vehicle Verification, and was astonished to see that the ownership details of my car were totally changed. The owner's name was entirely different than mine, so I rechecked at MTMIS website and was surprised to learn that the details were changed there as well.
Whereas my car is registered at my name and previously my name was updated as an owner at MTMIS website. I am really worried about the situation. I counterchecked my details by sending my car's reg number at 9966 via SMS and felt a bit relief as the automated reply showed my name as the owner.
Now I am confused that how can I get the records corrected at MTMIS and Pakwheels websites?

If the sms is showing correct details, you don't need to worry about mtmis.

9966 service is latest updated information

while website is outdated !

i bought car in oct 2013 and not updated on web but on sms 9966 query service its updated so no issues.

I also bought mehran in november 2013 and transferred it to my name right away. The SMS is showing correct details however it is not updated on MTMIS website. + there is a mistake of spelling in father's name in the registration booklet. It is written "Haseeb" instead of "Sohaib". Although my name is correct and CNIC number as well. Should i apply for correction or its ok?

1- how i can apply for correction? please guide.
2- My office driver told me that it is not a big issue as CNIC number and my name is correct. But still I am concerned that spell mistake in my father name is not ok.

no need to panic at all - write an application addressed to excise & taxation officer pointing out the mistake in FATHER's name only, attached a readable copy of your CNIC. and highlight your father's name.

did you used some agent for paper work his educated SKILLS landed you in mess.?? - sometime SOHAIB is spelled SHOAIB and HASEEB is spelled HABEEB but this one is unique case

Thanks for the guaidance. Yes I have taken help from an agent as I live in Gujranwala and Number Lahore ka tha mehran ka so office se leave lena parti kud jane se which was hard.

But bro is form par to likha he keh jo 9966 par record he us mein tabdeli required he. Whereas 9966 par to father name ata hi nahi sirf owner name ata he(my name) which is correct.
So this form cannot be used for father name correction i think?

this form is for correcting any mistake whether showed in sms or in online record, just fill the form and send to the address given on the left upper corner of the form that's it, they will correct all the mistakes and incomplete data.
