Thanks to both of you for these textbook definitions, I would like to add that people also say that 2 VC's can never be identical, with different power characteristics, resistance and so on.
In reality these are all rumours spread by marketing people of DVC testers, I have even seen people running 2 different AMPs to each VC, that all depends on who is installer of AMP and setting the gain.
Plus there are 3 very important inventions of mankind namely:
A voltmeter, a DMM and a CD.
As long as the the gain is identical and Head unit is same there would be no problems.
W3001 VC can handle pretty much 500W.
I admit its my bad not to tell poster the technicalities.

Sorry for the confusion, go for a X11D if it is available and affordable, else go for X811D, do not settle for anything else.
FYI, Last time I checked 9104D was 20K Rs and X11D 25K Rs, the right price for X811D is 19K Rs, please check prices again, please also make dead sure that the AMPs are genuine and non repaired or slightly used.
Kenwood 9105D is also available in Canada and Europe, with Dual mono drive, updated design and better cooling, the output is same i.e 500W @ ohm and 900W@ 2 Ohm but I do not think it can make it to Pakistan that fast.
I favor the X811D and X11D very much against the 9104D or even 9105D because they have Q factor control, bass/treble frequency control, LED status display AMS settings, voltage, current, temperature, fan speed, protection status and cooling fan, on top of that it is much more reliable, it also has a much better fuse, I remember back in 2004 it had a extended 2 year warranty in Canada, but it was so expensive that I could only dream of buying one.
X11D also has Dual sigma drive, X11D will work perfect, just do not push the SUB or AMP too much at extreme because AMP has 20% higher power rating then Pioneer.

With all due respect to Pioneer, I know you had one and you are a proud owner, I also like that SUB, aware of the fact that it is underrated, and way underrated in Pakistan, even seen people claiming 2 308 can kick its A**, I believe it has an excellent, possibly best price to performance ratio for any SUB available locally.
But it is not a SQ SUB any day, It cannot even compare to Type R and W3 in SQ.
Because it was not meant for that, that responsibility is assigned to W12, and you should definitely listen to W12 some day in your life.
