for HID u should be knowing that
- K denotes the "Kelvin" temperature.
1K=1C
K does not mean CANDLE or the brightness of the light
now how does this K thingy works...
if the K value is 4300 it would be around yellowish white color. it would have a better visibility on roads.
6000K is pure white color.
the K starts from Golden Yellow to white to blue and to purple and finally black. this means that @ 3200K it would be golden yellow white at 9000K blue and 22000k around purple
the lower the value of K the better the visibility would be.

one more thing.. HID takes 1/3 of power from batteries compare to halogen and has 5 times more of a life span
