Is this above method for YB 125z or CG 125 as I was still thinking it to be opposite way like if we lose the screw, we are making it rich and if we tight it, we make it lean.

This is a fuel screw and if you turn it in, it leans the mix and if you turn it out means counter clock wise it richness the mix.

Brother woh method cg k liye best hy but for yamaha I guess we need to keep everything vice versa means opposite direction. If we open the screw more it requires, it decreases fuel average sufficiently so we need to open it only as requirement. 2.5 turns out seem to be its default stock position but bike remains very lean at this point. So far for me it feels like I am running lean mixture as I do not smell of petrol against high revs. Now to make it rich we need to open it up a bit more like 1 - 1.5 turn out more as where RPM gets higher or stable. I adjusted it at certain point where RPM was higher and stable but I guess that I won't be able to get better mileage at this position.

Sir aap try kre. Try to find max r.p.m point every bike has slightly differnet mixture setting according to air intake and valve clearance. Adjust the mixture at max r.p.m point and then that will be ur reference point u can move towards rich and lean frm that point.
1. Ckean and check the gap of spark plug.
2. Clean the air filter if not done recently.
3. Set the mixture at max r.p.m point following above method.
4. Take high speed drive and then remove the plug and check its color.
5. The company setting is too lean dnt know y
6. If ur plug shows good color and u feel better in drive then its ok.
7. If plug color is not satisfactory then u can lean or rich frm the point u setled.l the screw.
8. M also doing these steps at 2.5 turns my bike gave me 45k.m/liter.

yeh Ghalat likha hua hy inhon ny. SJ grade can't be a semi synthetic. Need to discuss this with ZIC representative but currently not interested in this thin oil as it has different grade. I am satisfied with shell AX3 20w-50.

I am fed up by trying different settings but still couldn't get the idle settings for fuel and power both. Will try once again in morning and if it got fixed then fine otherwise will visit yamaha service centre.

I guess that tappet and carb both are related to each other and if any one is out of recommended settings,we just can't fix the other one so we must have to follow those settings. However, for YB 125z tappet adjustment 0.10 and 0.12 performs better than 0.09 and 0.11. For carb we need to open up all the way that screw to make the mixture rich and then start tightening it. Now here at one point bike RPM will increase and that is the most rich mixture settings we need to set but at this point we never been able to achieve better mileage. These butterfly carbs are tricky and it's hard to catch higher RPM until we tighten the screw very very slowly like 1/8 turn.

Yes I have seen this with Naeem. Kherr myn subha yamaha service centre hi visit karoun ga ek baar. One more thing that if we play too much with mixture screw like opening and tightening then must we have to take it out and fill its surrounding with some grease just to make it air tight,

Bhai Suzuki GD110S ki switch assembly purchase krr lein. Uss me dipper and kill switch dono hain aur quality b achi ha uss ki.

but in Pakistan; Suzuki parts dealers are looting, because of their monopoly in suzuki parts business.
