Some mechanics work like a magician and finally I visited Yamaha service centre and everything is restored to its stock settings. Bike again performing very powerful means touching 110 easily. For RPM needle, it still wobbles a bit but I came to know that it's in YBZ techo meter by default. However, my bike engine sound is pretty stable now. It's better if we leave tappet and carb settings to only one that magician guy type instead of trying different settings and mechanics.

Some individuals are selling items through olx and they arrange those items from local market. If you ask them about their shop, they will give a smart answer that they have online store and that store is a FB page same like Naeem (Dar Autos) and Honey 420.

Original suzuki gd110 part is for 1800 to 2000
First copy with good quality is for 1300 to 1500
And chines make local import parts are cheep with no exact figure maybe 500 or 700 or 1000 depend on quality of the product.

How about your bike performance now? Did you got your tappet and carb fixed?

My bike is running so smooth since its tappets and carb are fixed.

Yes Naeem actually opened my carb and my pilot jet was blocked. Also, Naeem changed the adjustment of accelerator needle and they restored it in original stock settings. More, Naeem did wrong tappet adjustment which was fixed later by me but I wasn't having that much perfection in my work so yamaha service CENTER did that adjustment too as per their standard and at cold engine I hear tap tap sound while when it gets little heat up that sound gets disappear.

In Lahore New Sharif Autos (Khurram) is the best mechanic I have found so far and he is just God gifted. He is really a magician. He made my bike sound and performance again same like when I got it from showroom. Fuel average is also good but I didn't notice that much. All I noticed that my motorcycle is running on rich mixture now as sometimes I feel the smell of petrol coming out of my carb and I am loving it.

Brother if someone works with passion, slowly and complete satisfaction, bike surely can perform better than before and this is what Khurram does and I just love his work. However, you need 3 to 4 hours spare if someone is planning to visit him.

The way he cleaned my carb with WD40, petrol, air compressor and adjusted it to its original settings was awesome. We just cannot do that type of carb cleaning at home. At least I cannot do that.

One most important thing I learned from this experience of testing and visiting different mechanics that if someone challenges and gives you impression that he is the most expert yamaha guy on this planet, you just don't let him touch your motorcycle, just keep your bike away from him and first discuss the whole procedure that what he actually want to do with your bike. It happened with me two times when I visited Nisar sb at peco road and his shagird messed with my carb and again Naeem did the same thing. Nisar sb is a good person but his team is not good. Naeem is a big fraud and I would suggest not to visit him for tuning as he will try to grip your mind by sharing fake stories but in fact he is Allah ditta mechanic and you can do better tuning by yourself at home.

I bought YBZ on Oct5 2017. Till now bike is running fine Mashallah.
I have driven around 280 km within 60 km/h speed.
Could you please guide be when should i go for tunning and oil change. I live in bahria town rawalpindi. Which yamaha service centre is better for bike work.

MashaAllah bht bht mubarak ho.
Maintain speed upto 60 k.m with very slight increase in speed dnt give sudden throtel and always wait for some b4 ur ride leave ur bike in start position for few minutes.
1000 k.m pe first tuning kray iqra autos near shah ki talian ziarat murree road. They r very good in services and reasonabl in parts price .
U can change 1st oil after 1000 k.m but just for care u can change first oil at 500 k.m

I changed 1st engine oil at 500km, and after that changing at every 1000km , during warranty period stick to Yamaha Lube,
Iqra Autos (near Shah dian ta'lean)
nd Adyala Road per Noor hospital k opposite aik yahmaha k mechanic hen, i don't know his name; but he is also good.
