I'd recommend ordering yours from Aliexpress. Find the code for your Piaggio Storm , (It's a Zongshen product) , then look for a bigger bore kit for it. Usually company made ones are the best. I ordered mine made by Jianshe (the same company behind JYM producing YBR Engines ) so it fit perfectly except for that minor size issue of the piston I mentioned in the video. Don't go to Lathe machine kharadiyay, I haven't heard anything good about those roadside engineers from anyone running their bike for a longer period of time.
