Does anybody know how resolve the issue related to Door closing for cultus? I have contacted PS showroom their response everybody know? Or if this issue is already discuss please direct me to thread

No my friend, i'm also in the same hell .
the door closing isnt smooth at all

my cousin previously got his cultus 2003 locks changed from a 2011 cultus for 1500 (Denter is his friend). the change is awesome . the sound has changed and the there is a good thud in it now

change the locks, the teflon/plastic deteriorates after some time and only metal-metal contact causes a really bad wear and tear.. Replacement locks are 700/ea. only replace front two which are mostly used, total cost is 2000 with labor from suzuki dealership. Their denters are also very professional so you dont have to worry. Go to suzuki sethi motors only.

Got the Door locks changed , costed 600 per lock

they're now as good as new

Took off the panel today as it became the scratch magnet in two years .

Applied tape as a protective layer on the front .

The tape won't leave off gum when removed

Also changed the terminals of the speakers and covered them with these silicon covers

Dear brother , in the city ,being a carby this car does around 9-12km per liter with medium foot .
on long i have been able to get 16-17 with Ac at the speed of 100 with a very light foot

That's not bad. I am looking into buying one, there is one 07 vxl selling for 525 but it's driver side door and fender is painted, is it good ? Another one is a 05 vxl for 6 but i offered him 550. No repaints but touchups and scratches here and there. Both lahore registered.

Dear brother , my car is also having many pieces touched , but it mostly vary from person to person, people run after genuine cars . I'm not saying they're bad but a well maintained car with some touch ups is way better than a abused or dented car just with a tag of GENUINE and you also end up paying more price.

As you're going for VXL , its a great choice, make up your mind and go for whichever car your heart says, i'll prefer that you go for the one whichever is more maintained

I am inclined towards the painted one as i know the owner well, he's a mechanic. The other one has many scratches and dents etc. Also no add on's, not even a stereo.

Thats exactly what i meant to say , if you have an option to go for a car where you're aware of the owner then that makes the decision to buy car wayyyy lot easier.

If its owned by a mechanic then the car would be mechanically good, and that's what matters the most to me .
