ADB method depends on root access or USB debugging enabled. Don't factory reset it, there must be an alternate available. @ihpwf12 help! Help!. I always configure sms based find my phone apps, so this thing never happened to me.

Open Android device manager on PC and request locking the device, send an mms to P8 Lite and it will turn on mobile data automatically for few seconds to receive mms, maybe the P8 Lite then receive locking request from google when the mobile data turns on for receiving mms. Did not try it, but just a thought, maybe it works.

There must be an alternate way or test code to be dialled via emergency call dialer to turn internet on, which i am not aware of. Service centre maybe of help.

IIRC, if you get it unlocked it from abroad (from carrier), then charges are very less for unlocking. But when buying iphones, be very careful about iCloud status, some people sell genuine 10/10 iPhones at very reasonable prices, but they have iCloud issues which they do not mention in ad.

P8 Lite password is forgotten, wifi and mobile data is off, so stock Android device manager does not work without internet. No easy way to turn internet on.

Also, if the P8 Lite has a PRE-UNLOCKED bootloader, he can flash TWRP and enable MTP mode, connect to PC and copy whatever you need from the internal storage.

Depends on requirements. For solid camera experience, 4C, K3 Note, P8 Lite, J5.

I think it comes with locked boot-loader.

So factory resetting seems the last solution and then recovering data.

Z10 is also a good option, but it has permanent 2G secondary slot, so you will have to swap sims to run 3G/4G from secondary sim, that's what you should know. There are many other good options too.

Qmobile Z10 has got occasional slow charging problem and I have figured out why this happens. If you connect any other charger than the stock charger provided with this phone, charging will slow down. In fact, whenever you connect some other charger, a pop up appears that says charging will be slower. This problem becomes permanent even if you connect the Z10's own charger. To fix this problem, shutdown your phone and restart it. (Do not restart it directly by pressing Restart button. Shut it down and start again). The battery will re-synchronize properly and slow charging problem will get resolved. This is 100% working fix.

Avoid charging this phone with car charger or power bank or some other phone charger or you will keep facing this issue.

yesterday my lumia 435 got slipped in water so went to mobile shop and he said IC is dead replaced it and said phone ko charge kar lain for 4 hours then yeh set ho jaye ga. Silly me i did it but went to hi today that phone is not turning on. He then said that battery ka problem ho ga. sir jee then i went to another shop he said software ka probelm hai. Then i came home and my self flashed new software from windows recovery tool now the issue is that after installtion phone is getting till windows logo at startup but then restarts tried hard reset and flash new software couple of times but all in vain.

and now phone is not turning on now i m really in trouble now. help plz @s15
