I agree with you. I had an option of 9th from my company and refused.

Atlas made its customers waste hours running from post to post with Tracking World every couple weeks/months when issues repeatedly surface. Replacement units, new firmwares have all been a sham and issues persist. It should have been recalled and new unit with trouble-free operation installed at no charges to the customer.
it's really unfortunate. tracking world must be some family member or friend of Atlas Family. Otherwise there is no obvious reason to select them as their vendors and diverting their customers towards their vendors. Just imagine if you find a problem in, let's say, seats or head lights and Honda Japan tells you to go approach the vendor and bang your head and get the problem resolved. but it's not. it happens with Pakistani companies only.

With all due respect bro. 8th gen civic is just unbearable. It's seat has no foam at all.

8th gen is not comfortable. You are right. But that is probable the only one drawback you will find in the car, Was perfect apart from that. Plus some of us barely care for comfort, Indeed some have even lowered rides.

      Errr.
By the way I drove this 8th gen civic for good 150k kms in just 2 years.
Now I'm driving 9th gen civic. My daily running is around 100-200 kms locally and I drive an MT civic. Would you still recommend me to consult an orthopaedic surgeon? If yes, I'd rather say you should consult a neurologist(on a lighter note).

This one drawback and fuel efficiency was a deal breaker for me because I was about to buy one. Nonetheless, indeed in terms of looks 8th gen has its own charm.

Chill bhai log, here's the thing: the reason why 10th Gen came so early without completing a proper cycle if lifespan to be done by model is purely because the 9th Gen to be honest was a relatively flop model. I being a proud owner of both 8th and 9th parallel honestly feel the 8th has a much better drive. 9th Gen is more comfortable and fuel efficient but driving pleasure of 8th is superior. The car has its charm.
9th gen was more of a: yeah it's a new model of Civic so I should buy it but as a car since its an offspring of 8th Gen and could not be at par with its parent, the 9th Gen was not as brilliant. It's a good car but not a thoroughbred as a Civic should be. If it was we would probably have not seen a new model globally for next 18 months.

Civic will get paddle shifters here due to Grande.
I just hope we get smart entry and traction control plus atlas uses better quality sound insulators to control wind and road noise.

Default 10th Generation USDM Civic [This is IT!]

And now let's keep this thread to the wishlist, praise, info and fantasies of Civic-X instead of making it an 8th VS 9th thing. Cherish the wonderful future that's coming our way.

This was self made sheet by some Honda guy [ the one you posted]. It is not actual features trim wise. Someone just made it and posted it on civic forum..

Here is official list of features http://automobiles.honda.com/images/...highlights.pdf

As far as I know there are no word if there are any paddle shifters on any of trim level neither it was made public. Here is the manual with visual index. Go on the opening post; I have linked the Civic Manual on the very top...
