I have booked the 1.8 in july. At that time i had only seen the pics. After visiting the honda drive in, my first expression was OMG. It is super cool. It was a white 1.8 n red 1.5T. Red was shining like ruby whereas white was a bit dull..nyways my priority was to have a look at the car frm inside and actually feel how it is to be like in a world class civic. It is important to mention here that i owned a city 2015 and sold it for this one even though i was satisfied with it. Only issue was the scratching sound when i passes through the breakers of karachi.

Nyways, as soon as i got the chance to get in to this civic, my first thought was yakhhhh..it was totally opposite to my expectations. To cut it short, it didnt felt like "the civic" from inside. With a hard heart i thought its ok go for ir. But then i checked the ground clearance of the city which was next to this and i compared it with civic. It was about 1.5inch lower than city. At that time my heart was already brutally hurt when i thought of its scratching on karachi roads and car breakers.

Still with a heavy heart i thought, go for it but after reading the thread i m totally confused. Anxiously waiting for the car owners to share their experience. Personally i donot like corolla but i have heard that altis is a gud buy insted of this as it got good features as well as lower price.

Value for money is not at all felt in the civic n i m now messed up what to do.

Even the hardtop is expensive than Grande but if you got money go for Oriel bro. Just check quality issues at time of delivery and if there are issues then dont accept the car

You better get used to the scratch noises as even I've kissed the breakers many times even on the 11th Gen rolla.

Money issues are always their...its not easy to buy a car with such a high price. It will suerly cost me a lot if i m not satisfied for lets say 6 months or 1 year. The return of the car will be much lower. One option is to sell it on own. I m also worried abt the resale value

Whatever the height may be. M sure the civic with 5 or 4 persons will severly hit the ground and with such welding issues i believe it is worth mentioning that car will suffer its market once it gets on the road.

Even zigzagging a breaker, still It will get its effect on Civic. Yesterday drove on Islamabad - Mansehra route and there are so many bad breakers. Only zigzagging saved my Grande from hitting them beneath. Agreed 5 people sitting in car and trunk full but even with mega Ground clearance Grande was hitting those breakers when driving straight over them . So can imagine Civic X

I don't think so. As Reborn has less ground clearance than CIVIC X still Reborn doesn't touch
