i think...if the previous compressor died after malfunctioning and threw debris into system before dying...then there is no way condenser/ evaporator of this size can be 100% cleaned...some particles will always remain there which will keep creating issues every now and then..
if you want to keep it trouble free and enjoy peace of mind...then try to find a replacement condenser and evaporator, WASH all the lines...rinse compressor couple of times to clean it...get a new dryer bottle...also a new expansion valve..meant for R134a also go fo R134a gas...
fit everything back using fresh o rings, get the ND-8 oil as required...while fitting the dryer dont expose it to atmosphere...install it as soon as possible ...dont use air to pressure leak test, rather go for nitrogen...
fill in R134a made by honeywell as per required quantity...sit in the car and drive...thats All!
