You have it already or going to buy it?
This one would got a capacitor inside like a ceiling fan which will be connected to starting winding.
If you haven't bought it prefer 12v or 24v and connect H bridge.

Can I connect cctv camera directly to a tv or tv receiver by video-in port, vga port, hdmi port, etc without the need of DVR?

In youtube there are several methods. Are they real?

If you have a camera with AV output, you can connect to TV direct on A/V port, just connect Video port and power on the camera, and select TV Source to A/V. If it is a IP Camera, then you will need some work around.

Simple cctv cameras have BNC connector with coaxial cable. If I transform BNC to AV connector, will it work?

I think it should be possible since DVR is analog, and TV Coaxial is also analog.

Instead of doing it on that fan, I did it on this fan,

I just change the wire (ground or live) going in to the Capacitor, from one terminal of cap to the other one.

Add a 2 way switch the work ^^.

Just a quick shot to tell what i have done.

The fan has gone dark, Not burnt but is not working any longer

These two seals has fallen from the fan. Don't know from where.

Hmmmm Maybe, BTW, I messed with it, and it has started to work, I think it was some sort of seal that keeps the shaft between the field. And since these seals have broken the shaft is allowed to move a bit, and it goes out of the field so was not spinning.
