Police wala is not allowed to confiscate your blinds, if he does so tell him to give you a receipt, if not just rip them off and buy new ones, do not give bribe, do not consider price of blinds as something, these ***** can make anypersons life miserable due to the powers thay have, do you know they can even lock you up under the " Awaaragardi" act if you have two of your buttons opened up or are just loitering around or doing shopping.
Avoid them as much as you can, forget about complaining, they are protected by the high ups, at most they will be discharged from service for like a month or so,
And yes do not give lift to them, let the ******** scorch in heat.

this story reminds me of event that happend to me couple of years back i was on my way to lahore and as soon as i entered motorway a police man was standing there he wanted to have a lift from me i took him to lahore and my car was having black tints and he just said nothing throughout the journey and said a couple of times that he is hungry and will go for breakfast as soon as he will reach lahore i was okay do what ever u want to do. after reaching lahore i dropped him and before moving out of my car he said "yeh aap ki gari ke seeshay kion kalay hain".
i said ayr kuch nhi hota mera roz ka aana jana hai out of lahore aaj tak koi masla nhi howa. he said ok
after that as soon as i drove my car the sec police man came and stopped me and said ur car have tinted screens i said okay aur wo dosra police wala jisa mein la ka aaya tha he was standing behind him lakin us na kuch nhi kaha aur us banda na mera challan kar diya.
i told whole story to mu uncle he said keh us na 2 bar nashtay ka kaha tha us ka matalb tha keh tum usa nashta karwoo.tum na nhi karwaya us na challan kar diya.

after that i never give lift to these bast**ds. and one day more intresting thing happened i was on my cruiser and police wala came and said aap ki gari ka sheeshay kalay hain , i said: tou phir, he said :yeh allow nhi hai. i said sir na kah dafa hoo..

Cop asked him to put money in the fine book and he could go. Ayaz specifically said he was not going to bribe but was ready for the fine. Policeman let him go.

I wish you had done the same because you saved Rs. 350 conveniently forgetting that the giver and taker of bribe are both doomed to Hell. May Allah have mercy on all of us.

And secondly as lying is haram but fitnay say bachnay k liye jhoot bola ja sakta hai issi tarah agar aap k jaiz kaam k liye rishwat lagti hai to is main aapka kasoor nai. Rishwat lenay walay ko zaroor saza milay gi!

yesterday i was stopped by punjab police chowki at rawal road near paf base, i was using shades and with only photocopy of registration book and authority letter. They asked for papers, nic, license i gave em all. After some chat like what i do and where am coming from etc he asked me for original copy of car. I said i keep photocopy since the car can get stolen after thinking for a while he let me go saying this is sensitive place you should keep original book.

Earler about a month ago i was stopped by isb police chowki near KRL at 1am. Well tbh i did not knew that laws says i have to keep original documents... anyway he stopped me, checked the trunk of car and went away to his senior with my nic. His senior called me and said you should keep original with you.. i said kyun? he said kun se to larai hoti hai. I told him its not my car and i dont keep originals with me. I have authority letter, attested nic of car's owner then whats the problem? He said if you dont want to keep originals then get it attested from (i forgot which dept but it wasnt the normal attestation he wanted). I said ok and he let me go..

About shades ITP can give you challaan saying visibility inside the car is low but i am not sure about capital police whether they have the authority or not.

At night time whenever you are stopped at a checkpost. Stop and turn on cabin light. They will immediately signal you go go.

OP: You should have left the curtains. 200 kay new mil jaatay hain. Paying bribe was not the right thing.

I normally keeps the curtains affixed only on rear windows. Back screen is not tinted so they can see through from frond and side the entire cabin. So far not bothered about them.

P.S whenever these police officials stop you, immediately stop the car, because they have the authority to shoot you on the spot by declaring you a terrorist.

The rule is that the capital police can stop you but can't fine. For that, they have to call the traffic police. This is why I was asking if he asked for a fine. If they still refused, he ought to have told them to call the other police. Getting fed up, they might have let him go because you know they never like to drag matters. On the other hand, tints were always taken off by these very policemen. It has been in the laws that they can be a security hazard since they cause obstruction in viewing through the vehicle and these guys, ARE for security which why I often think that in actual fact, it's the traffic police that helps them maintain security, not vice versa.

Frankly speaking i have been driving car since 2002 and i havent faced any big attitude problem by Police and Never paid a single dime nor they demanded anyway. But i do have to say the police standing at Check posts needs training to deal with people as they are not polite and are totally desi type harkat and attitude.here few ppl are suggesting some ideas and methods which will surely get anyone in trouble.1) do not argue with Police2) No need for recording and being a smart ass3) if they ask for bribe dont try to be clever or take a moral stand, just give them and drive off as they can seriously **** you up if they want.

once i was 16 yrs old so obviously had no license! was going to a pakwheels meet in islamabad i was coming from metro cash n carry to kashmir highway. in the middle of the kashmir highway there was a police check post and a police man waved his hand to stop me. i stopped the car.he asked me for the car papers, i told him they are in my home, then he asked me for my license, i said i dont have it, he then asked me for my nic, i replied the same
then he quickly asked me to open the left front door.i opened and he sat in the car he told me that we will impound ur car. then i changed my tone and suddenly he became my brother, i started bhai bhai ap to achay walay police uncle hain na and this and that. finally after doind enough tc for 20 min, he was still firm on his point then i went to a nearby traffic police guy(itp) and told him the situation, he was really nice and he helped me. then the itp guy talked to the police man. after 5 min the police man came in my car and said chal bhai muk muka kr lay mai nay apna wallet khola aur 200 rs dekhai usay. he was like itni bari gari ai ho aur itnay kam paisay. i then told him k ma frnds k sath khana khanay ja raha tha. he then asked me to give anything "apni khushi say". i gave him 80rs and then the police wala slammed the door and i flew my car hahaha

I am sorry we are nuclear power with no electric power as well. But there is another hidden reality which make us different from the rest. The corruption index.

We bribe people to get a legal work done quickly. Forget about the illegal thing. That can be done much better if you bribe. Its a two way traffic and the "taali bajti hay donu hatoon say".. That?s the reason our beautiful religion have written tough punishment for both sides. I know people want an easy way out and bribe the individual, bribe the system. I will not blame that one police wala at Naaka. the whole system is guilty. From a peon at the small govt office to a VVIP. As far as police wala.. he paid/ bribes to get into uniform and he did it as an investment. now he need profits and generate revenu . The thing goes up the food chain.. get you share and keep quite.. This is the formula. Just get an electric. gas connection.. or for that matter go to get a license or pasport, or even getting an admission for your kid in a school... and now even people pay bribe at govt hospital to get admitted or reserve a bed.

I am sorry we all are responsible.. In one way or another. Lets start building and improving our ownself and start a fission reaction.

happened those saying some harsh remedies must have some real powers!! these guys are illiterate so handle them with real care not

like u should go doing TC etc keep your documents with you and in your case they just got chance to stop you because of your

shades!! at nights i usually turn my lights off when passing these checkpoints through this even in the middle of nights no one ever

stopped me.... but one thing is strange once at a temporary check post in Banigala ..they asked for documents i showed them and in
