At night time whenever you are stopped at a checkpost. Stop and turn on cabin light. They will immediately signal you go go.

OP: You should have left the curtains. 200 kay new mil jaatay hain. Paying bribe was not the right thing.

I normally keeps the curtains affixed only on rear windows. Back screen is not tinted so they can see through from frond and side the entire cabin. So far not bothered about them.

Whats the reason of turning on cabin light ???

Once cops stopped me and asked on whose name car is registered?? i said baba k naam pe hai and he starts in sindhi like what he does etc, i replied all questions and in end i said should i go and he was like kuch khayal karo yaar....i gave him 30 Rps saying i am a student and don't have more then that and he lets me go

another time i crossed a signal( it was green) near McDonald sea view, TP stopped me and asked for papers n license( i had learners license), he takes over to senior and immediately without asking for money i was handed over challan of 100Rps, i argued that i didn't ran red light but he wasn't convinced...i took the challan and thought its better to pay govt then these

another time, they stopped me near creek road and asked for license and papers, i gave them he shows tho his senior and returns me and allows me to go...

trust me u shouldn't tangle your self with these police men they will register a case on u and you wouldn't even know what the hell just

happened those saying some harsh remedies must have some real powers!! these guys are illiterate so handle them with real care not

like u should go doing TC etc keep your documents with you and in your case they just got chance to stop you because of your

shades!! at nights i usually turn my lights off when passing these checkpoints through this even in the middle of nights no one ever

stopped me.... but one thing is strange once at a temporary check post in Banigala ..they asked for documents i showed them and in

reply he said don't keep the originals as these might get stolen and some say keep original (A)

and here both capital police and punjab police asked me for originals i guess they are never happy

I went to ISL just a few weeks back and no one stopped me. Drove the whole day!.

They can easily fine me because I have no license but they have to stop me for that.

The only thing military police has ever asked me is my I.D card and that is always with me and MP is only at Cantonment area in Lahore. You are not the only one who know the rules.

Please stop dodging what I just said. Acting smart wont help either. I dont have HID lamps, I dont have a 'loud' exhaust. The only thing MP have a right to ask is your I.D card and your vehicles registration book.

peshawar is full of army check posts and sadly i have to pass three of them daily a living near cantt
now a story my bro bought a car 89 alto i was driving and the car was with some guy who never visitied cantt put tints on the car and we just had for a week sorting out few problems here and there now at mp check post they stopped us and mp guy sheehsy kalay hain i told him k aaaj he gari li hai hata den ge plus they are full black now my father was sitting in the back mp guy told us to side pe lagao i was like ok my father pulled down the glas and mp guy said ok go but remove them sir secutiry ka malsa hai
and one other day anohter mp guy stoped and was like kahann se aa rahe ho? lol as Car is Bannu regestred told him falana falana and he said go at the end i told him gari bannu ki hai ham idhar k hain.....
i used blinds in my alto as ac was not working and once a mp guy told k halat kharab han hata len and now ac is fine so i don't need them
plus i at night turn off hids and use cabbin lights and some times they ask some times they dont let me go but in start mp guys in pesh were rude and thought of every civilan as their ncb so pathan public paayar ki hai badmashi nahi manti but now they are a bit polite...
now the ISLOO experience
so we got one banu reg car and one peshawar
some guys told me when i will enter islamabad they will see peshawar and they will pull u over itp police will impound ur car for no reason
so we went to islo on my alto a lot of times and they never pulled me not in islo not in pindi but i see how other traffic was just a bit concious as a Peshawar reg of my car so again i told those guys k dakho kuch nahi hwa i went there daroogjanno
latest time i went and was using hids in pindi no issue staying in pindi cantt no issue at all.

I am not here for policing nor for an argument. My point was there is no thumb rule. MP, police can stop you and ask you for anything.
