Damn. Yeah, as of this moment I'm also showing the same status. I guess if Honda Atlas wants to fix the "premium" problem they should also show a delivered status so that the dealership can't dupe the customer by selling off the car intended for them.

Exactly. I booked mine on 6th Jan and was trying to check the status on the website but It was not available till around 20th Jan and when it did show the delivery date was 31st Jan. I do not understand how they are running their business. Instead of serving the end buyer they are trying to help their dealers and investors deceive the public into paying large amounts as own

True true. Though in my case the website was showing a delivery date of 31 March since day 1.

Every case is different. There are no set rules of doing business. No timeline follow up. Not being able to see the status on the website for almost 2 weeks drove me crazy as I had already paid so much money and yet did not have a confirmation of the booking.

In case of actual delivery, I feel very lucky that I was able to get mine in just 25 days without any reference. I have read a lot of people commenting in different threads saying that their delivery dates are long past and they have not received their cars yet.

As for the car itself, other than the engine power and handling it feels way inferior to a 2001 Suzuki Baleno. AC is not as good. Bumpers and panels are very thin and can easily break. Safety in terms of body strength is really bad. Ground clearance is low. Massive blind spots in front and back, I mean you can not see the bonnet hence do not know the distance between the car and the hurdle in front.

Despite all of this we are forced to buy these cars as there are no other options available.

Still no sign of dispatch for 31-Mar-2017 Delivery Date. Honda Qaideen does not have any clue when the car will be dispatch, rather than they are making lame excuses. Pathetic Honda Customer Service and on top of it worst Honda Qaideen Sales Service. They have taken the full payment since Day 1 of booking and after pain full waiting of 4 months still they are abusing their customers.

Start calling Honda sales department and tell the you are going to take legal action.

Those of you who are waiting for your cars to be delivered even after delivery date has past you should start calling Honda Japan and let them have it as well.

Like I mentioned before, I was shown a dispatch list on my visit to the dealership on Saturday and was assured that the car will reach the showroom by Mon-Tue whereas the documents will surely arrive by Monday ( today ) but so far neither the car nor any documents have been received at the dealership and they are still unaware about when both the things will arrive.

As for the contact numbers you have mentioned above, no one bothers receiving the call as I have tried calling on those numbers quite some time, I have also emailed to the sales department and have mentioned my issue on their official Facebook page but so far no response from any side.

I went to the showroom yesterday and i've been told that your car will be in the production line on 5th april and will be delivered to you on Monday which is 10th, they are not much bothered with your furious attitude because they have been dealing with our kind for a very long time.
Now after having a heated conversation with GM i have a feeling that car will be delivered on Honda's term, not consumers which is a LOL.
Nobody wants to Sue them because our time is valuable and their professional practice is not commitment or customer service. Numbers given on Honda's website always remain unanswered again a LOL. Which clearly reflect they (Dealer/Atlas) are on the same page.
We all should wait paitently for our hard earned money to be delivered in shape of a vehicle.

well I did not went to the showroom today because obviously I have other things to do apart from dealing with these scumbags, anyways I called the dealership yesterday and they assured me that the car will arrive in a day and they will call me it arrives, for now I am just waiting for the call.

Did you booked your car via bank or on cash?

I booked via bank, and I am being charged with the installments since last 3 months with no vehicle at hand.

oh great, so basically I have a single set of scumbags ( the dealership ) to deal with whereas you have two set of scumbags ( the dealership and bank ) to take care of therefore I think your car is being further delayed, I hope you get some good news soon.

Its just painful to read so many people are stuck in this dishonest and scamming tactics of the dealers and Atlas Honda themselves and on top of that everybody is left on their own ( Apni madad aap ) to inquire, investigate, pressurize, followup, fight and sometimes plead to get something that they have already paid for and should be delivered without asking.

The way I see it the problem is no one seem to accept there is actually a problem. A issue is an issue if its happening to you personally and if its someones else neck on line its always called fate or bad luck.
