Important ALERT:
This is an ALERT for all those sophisticated and well mannered gentlemen who are patiently waiting for their cars to arrive and completely trust their beloved company dealerships to treat them justly.
I was assured on last Saturday that my car was dispatched and will arrive by Monday, they even showed me a dispatch list for the same and told me that if the car does not arrive on Monday it will definitely reach the showroom on Tuesday but the documents will be here by Monday and that's for sure however what happened was neither the car nor did the documents were received till Tuesday.
I called them to inquire about both but as usual they were in a state of oblivion and told me to wait as others are also waiting patiently for their cars, now the important thing to note here is that since everyone is waiting patiently and calmly for their cars and do not bother to go down to the showroom to teach these people a lesson therefore they are least bothered about anything be it the car or the documents even after the delivery date is long gone.
So what I did was, I went to the dealership created a scene, gave them a taste of their own medicine and talked to them in the language they understand, miraculously after all this the documents appeared out of nowhere and this is what they told me, " Sir wo back end office pe documents receive hote hain abhi check kia tou pata chala k documents achukay hain " eventually the documents were given to me with a confirmation that the car will arrive tomorrow for sure, so now lets see what happens tomorrow but for all those who are still waiting tolerantly please go out there and get what you have paid for.
