Havoline red sticker is 10/30 and mineral SM grade oil.
Now it depends that how much you'd like to spend on engine oil.
I think accord 2000 model JDM engine is 2200cc and takes 4.5L or engine oil. right?
Now, I'll suggest to go
LM 5/50 Molygen SJ Grade. SCI 5K first time, but 8~10K next time.
LM 5/40 Hi-Tech SM Grade. SCI 5K first time, but 8~10K next time.
LM 10/40 MOS2. SCI 5K first time, but 7~8K next time.
Its true that we have too much dust on the roads, but it has very less affect on quality of engine oil. Main affects on engine oil may comes via Bad Fuel quality, Driving style, etc.
Many people assume that using synthetic oils dissolves the seals that cause leakage. But its chances are less than 5% and causes may be many others too.
(But am not sure about PDM seals. These are very not as good as these should be and even cause leakage on mineral oils).
If wanna fuel economy, then may try 5/30 oil which is good for year round use. Or Zic A+ which is 5/20.
