Heating unable to idenity issue.Thermostat valve is removed and fan is automatic

Radiator is not sucking back from the reservior bottle neither water from radiator is going into that bottle.

Replace Rad Cap with genuine one.

that is only possible with

1 the system is not coming up to temperature
2 you have big leaks in the system (when the needle reaches normal point, get out and try to squeeze the hose pipes, they should feel tight with pressure in them, that is normal system pressure of 13 psi. If yours are soft then you have a problem.

as i said earlier, ur radiator cap isn't working.
But i think u hav some other prob as well. Just do this & giv feedback

1. on cold engine, open radiator cap
2. take out overflow bottle cap where overflow pipe is attached
3. now try to blow with ur mouth in the pipe from the overflow bottle side

i once had the same prob & i was lucky that just b4 blowing my head gasket, i came to know that the overflow pipe was blocked with some corrosion.

is your mechanic a skilled tradesman? - sounds like he eloped the mental hospital.

The thermostats job is to maintain a minimum operating temperature of the engine. Which happens to be about 90C, Your cars ECU is also programmed to run the best at this temperature.

How is this temperature maintained.

The thermostat blocks flow of coolant until the coolant gets about 85 or 90C (stamped on stat) - it then opens up allowing coolant to move through the radiator and maintain a good working temperature.

Your mechanic's lack of understanding is going to cost you serious money.

TRUE. if no t valve and direct fan , ur engine will hardly run 30 thousand km or may be less. this is my experience.

Sir my car is not installed with t valve, the needle reaches 40% without ac and half with ac on.mechanic says that optimum temp is obtained when needle is at 40%.Should i install the t valve?

Yes - that valve does a good job of regulating temperature. Why are you trying to defeat its purpose. Your gauge is not a very accurate one (all jap cars have buffered ones) - the engine works best when its at about ~90C. the Tstat valve ensures this.

In this picture the AC is switched on.
This is the lowest the needle falls when driving on highway in cold/moderate weather and also if (like here) AC is on.
Can this confirm if the car has a 72c or 82c or 90c thermostat? Engine is toyota 5afe.

the valve temperature is also dependant on where its fit on the engine. All that matters is that the engine is at normal working temperature, verify with an infrared thermometer.

I dont think so - if you have done a system bleed before - that bubble is a burp only. HG failure would not have that gentle bubble.

May be the trend is changing. The last time i went to plaza to purchase thermostat for a friend's AE101, the shopkeeper was pretty amazed at how thermostat valves are selling these days. His exact words were... "sir aj kal ye pata nai kaisay biknay lag gaye hain, pehlay har koi nikalwata tha aaj kal har koi khareednay aara hay"

LOL.
I b***h slapped my mechanic when he recommended me to remove t stat from my Mehran.
Fan in my kia spectra turns on at 98 degree C. And stays on until coolant temp decreases back to 86 deg C.
Its been 10 years and no heating problem what so ever, Allhamdulillah.
I change coolant myself, after couple of years.
