Heating unable to idenity issue.Thermostat valve is removed and fan is automatic

when i went to buy T valve shopkeper suggestd me not to buy it " ye na kharedo ye garmiun main koi nahi laita "

that shopkeeper needs to get a brain scan immediately.

ask the mechanic for a doobie - he would probably have the best kind.

that is only possible with

1 the system is not coming up to temperature
2 you have big leaks in the system (when the needle reaches normal point, get out and try to squeeze the hose pipes, they should feel tight with pressure in them, that is normal system pressure of 13 psi. If yours are soft then you have a problem.

1 .System is coming up to temperature even sometimes it is over heating like Car heated up when i drive it in slow speed
2.There is no big leaks bcoz water level is radiator is not decreasing much

there should be absolutely ZERO leaks - small or big

and you should NEVER lose any liquid water. there is not a much or less, If its decreasing fix the leak.

after traveling 30,40KM or more decrease of 1 glass water ..isnt it normal?

Today i have just installed thermostat valve.. mechanic said in santro thermostate is behind lower hose pipe( that is ok)
after instaling it waterbody start leaking .. mechanic fixed it at that time,,
but now i reach office and i just check water jacked is leaking again..

no - there should be no loss of coolant/water even in months. Your car has quite a large leak somewhere.

Is this the normal behavior of how auto-fan works?

Yes the fan only works when needed - its usually seen as operating for a little time and then switching off - and it usually only happens when the car is stopped and engine is running - when moving it almost never switches on.

Hi,
when engine is 10 year + old. there may be Rusted Coolant path, all seals are not so genuine as company fitted. rebuilding engine is not 100 % equivalent to new company fitted engine......

my friend had 96 margalla, it heated up so many times, he replaced gaskits atleast 2-3 times, but mechanic is unable to troubleshoot..
then lastly one mechanic diagnose clutch plate is expired... after replaceing clutch plate, heating issue resolved.......

poor approach to a problem.. remember that the engine was made by man and it can be brought back to 100% spec if you want, If you trust piece of chit chinese replacement parts hammered into the engine without care of any tolerance check or quality check then yes you will suffer.
