1zz rattling on start is either

Vvt bad
Timing chain tensioner bad

Its not common for the vvt to fail unless the feed screens are clogged

However when replacing the vvt you need to unlock and advance it then torque it down

Otherwise the ecu may show timing stuck errors (toyota issued a tsb for this)

Choked Oil Pickup Strainer Or Bad Oil Filter

Always Replace Oil Filter With Oil Change Or It May Cost Quiet Expensive Sometimes

Rule These out And If It Still Do That ..Get Oil Pressure Checked Before Claiming It To Be Dead...It Could Be Badly Clogged Up Oil Screen Causing It Too.

@drazahussain Sir I have the same car, and was previously since it was being maintained by toyota was continously on 20w50 up till around 100k then I switched it to Liqui Moly MOS2 10w40 and it has been perfectly fine up till now without any low pressure warning of such MA.
however consumption of oil is normal, after 5k it consumes about a roughly a quart, I just top it off drive to 7 or 8 or 4 months which ever comes first and change.
Do check the catcon as this model does have it. Also if there is a low pressure warning it should be reducing oil drastically.

How did it end?

i think that the oil filter may be the problem and the ecu is shutting off engine to prevent damage

Went to the Jameel Autos at shahrae quaifeen.. He replaced the engine oil, oil filter, spark plugs as they were due.. The idling problem bgot resolved after a kabuli throttle body.. Went to Hyderabad and back to Karachi. Running perfectly fine.. Thanks for all help..

For catcon I have decided to pour liqui moly cat cleaner if it helps.. Otherwise what I have read is that nothing helps cat con after it is gone.. You have to replace it..

Unfortunately the mechanic did not have compression testing apparatus at that moment with him.. However he was of opinion that oil pressure as well as compression is fine..

You poured it into the fuel tank? Or removed an O2 sensor?

I will pour it once it comes, ordered through auto hub.. It has to be poured through intake manifold.. I won't do it myself.. Will take it to mechanic and will do under his supervision

Does it use a cable to operate the throttle or is it the electric type?

Fly by wire.. Electronic

Fly by wire is the term for aviation industry

It may or may not be fixable, probably can be repaired, but need an electronic savvy person, or if just the throttle driver motor and circuitry can be bought from scrap (or if you like risks, swapped from your replacement throttle body)
