Islamabad to Multan (current road situtation)

lol.. yeah its a big tension when you have to get into a loooong queue for cng specially on motorway .... do you have any idea why my engine is knocking on petrol if i push the accelerator hard..specially in 1st and 2nd gear.... i asked mechanic to clean and re-tune my carburetor but he said it's not a problem and ignore the karrr krrr krr knocking problem.... should i follow his advice...

Dont know the part name in carburetor but it get dry and started malfunctioning while continuously running on CNG had same issue with my coure and my mechanic resolved it.
now running fi9 on both.
Also there's adjustment needed advance/retire technique to set on both,
get it tuned for petrol from mechanic and then for CNG consult related guy.

yup guys last mechanic exactly did something with advancer/butterfly timing.. its rocket on cng but just ok on petrol ... also on cng it gives ~200km mileage on 55KG cylandar ... 1300cc engine.

knocking is because of distributor's advance timing. your car is tuned for cng and advance timing is necessary for better performance at cng. when you switch the engine from cng to petrol then engine is suppose to knock because of advanced timing which actually was set for cng, not for petrol.
you don't need to worry about knocking sound but maintain low rpm on petrol and avoid driving at petrol for long runs with advance timing.

bhai come to m3 towards faisalabad, then dere is a deputy wala interchhange next to sian wala, leave motorway from dere, then go towards chiniot,dere is a straight road to chiniot about 20 min drive, rastay mera gaon ata hai mere ghar stay b kar saktay ho!

i need to go multan from isl at the end of this month. plz tell me the route which u followed. and jo problems ap ne batai ha same wohi meri gari main ha, mean petrol wali. so i will go on cng. app muge route bi batao. time kitna lagay ga. main motor way pa 100 and in single road 80 chalata hun bec my car is khyber. CNG station ki availabilty.
Muge sirf daewoo wala route pata ha. mean isl to pindibhatia(motorway), then chiniot jhang multan. plz tell me detail. thanks

Hi guys. i am going to travel from islamabad to multan, and i need latest road situation information.

My desired route is .. M-2 --> pindi bhatian --> chiniot --> Jhang --> kabirwala --> Multan, i have heard jhang road is newly built but i am not sure about pindi bhatian to chiniot road. is it good or i should skip chiniot route and use Pindi bhatian --> M-3 --> FSD --> Jhang route?

Please advice specially if you have traveled lately on this route.

brother i was in Multan @ Eid. The Road is great. Not even a single BAD PATCH.

The Route was great! yeah thats a great decision and short too,

1) Take the exit from Pindi Bhatiyan
2) Goo Chaniot ( that road is newly build and in good condition )
3) For Jhang the Road is Okay (no wear and tear but traffic is alot) ( average speed is almost 70 - 90 ) at that road.
now there is a big point, we have a newly build JHANG bypass built last year. Now you dont have to cross jhang city. The Road is FRESH , Car-pitted and DOUBLE WAY. So that road was great

And then all the way Kabirwala and all that stuff.. ( the road is good ( no wear and tear )

** i would not advise you to go to that Toba way because you will miss that pleasure of newly build Bypass for Jhang. This time try this route the one you mentioned thats the best way. Road is 100% Okay. Trust me i came back just 4 days back.

i used fsd route as i have to pick my brother from fsd, it was also good except the fsd -> jhang road (65KM) it's not a bad road but need some work as it's very old i guess.

i will use ur mentioned route next time.
