The insulation under the carpet what's its purpose/benefits? Should I go for it?

Ok this is the right side of the body, the hole here is blocked, my question is are there 2 holes for 2 vents or just the 1?

There are 2 vents, one on each side covered by a flap which opens when you close the car doors.
I think this side of your car had already been repaired and the original sheet was replaced with another one.

There are two vents, but later khybers may only have 1 (suzuki cheaped out as the years went by) - the jap swifts had both.

Even the last models had vents on both sides.
Mine is 99 model and it has both of them.

Why would a brand new fender need a body wax? Similarly what's the purpose of the undercoat spray? Not arguing here I just don't know why and want to know.

By cleaning the wiper tray what exactly do you mean? Raigmaar use kerna hai?

Get the plastic sheets inside the fenders.
They must be there as they prevent your inner body, fender from rusting.
I can say with assurity that the rust to the inner body is because you were not having these sheets in your car.

One more thing. I like khyber's original 12" wheel cups. My question is do they come in 13" or not? If not can anyone share with me good 13" wheel cups that might look good on a khyber. If you could share pics that would be great.

No the OEM ones only come in 12"
If you are planning for alloys then get some decent ones in 13" but if you want to retain the original wheel covers then get the original ones and paint them neatly.
Dont go for the new set available in the market, they are made up of very cheap plastic.

I want to install swift's front grill instead of khyber's because I don't like the cut in khyber's grill.
Is there any place I can get the swift's brand new grill? Or do I have to find a kaabli? And how much would the grill cost? Khyber's grill i think the Taiwanese one was Rs 900/-

If you are talking about this grill then new one is not available.
You'll have to search old body parts shops for this one.

Like the name says, its there to insulate your cars cabin from the heat of the silencer and from the road noises.
If its damaged then get a new one but dont remove it.

What do you mean by rear golays? You have mentioned it in your first post in expenditures.

I didn't knew the back was repaired, but well i asked the denter to make a hole on the left side so now both the sides will have those flaps.

I originally had the swift's grill but it was cracked, got it repaired and after the paint i think it'll be as good as new so for now no need to go look for it just yet.

As for the wheel covers got 13" rims and new tires just recently so have to look for 13" covers, can't go for alloys want to get suspension work done first. So any suitable 13" wheel covers out there, I personally didn't find any

^ A friend has the 13" wheel covers that came in Baleno JXR.
They look decent.

I got the vents from sultan ka khu. Khyber k peechlay hissay paray huaye thay aik dukaan mei us mei lagay huaye thay. But there are no rubber flaps just that plastic grill. I still got them 300 a piece. But what can I do about the flap?

Well guys denting and painting is done. Its dirty atm I am off to get it washed and cleaned. Will post the pictures in a few hours. Interior needs to be done. But since I am out of budget now it might take a few months before I get on with that.

You did a good job, the finishing and the gaps between the doors, fenders and the body fittings seem perfect.
There is a little difference in the front grill fitting, the gap between the hood and grill is more on the right side and needs minor adjustment.
Rest it seems perfect.
What about the suspension?
The car seems to lifted more than normal from the front.
Are you using spacers at front?

Oh and I just noticed that you used screws in the front grill and at some places at the back.
You should have used the proper method of attaching these items with the pop rivets.
These minor things if taken car of, improve the look of any car alot.
Im highlighting the screws Im talking about.
If possible then get it fitted properly.
Also when you get some cash in your hand then either get new tail lights of get the current ones cleaned.
The current ones look dull, specially around the indicator area.

Well would get screw things fixed, actually I didn't knew it could be done without the screws I was thinking of getting the screws painted

Well suspension is *****, that's the next "big" thing on the list. Well about 8 years back it was the only car we owned so had to use spacers. I did get the back ones removed, I think the front shocks still have those spacers not sure will get that checked now.

There are small things on my mind I need to get done for instance, in the first pic check the car's left side mirror it has a hole in it and the one on the right is chipped from the edges.

So they are the first thing on my agenda. I asked for the original ones from sultan ka khu turns out they would cost me around Rs 3000/-, the Tiawanese one are not available, waseem autos said they'll have them within the week. But some one told me that in pindi near shaaz cinema there is a shop that sells the original ones with the mirrors changed and they cost from around 400-500, I plan to check them out.

Then in the third pic see the black patti on the back door its kind of shrinked am hoping to replace that as well. After that the tail lights. As for the front grill will get that sorted out next time I visit the denter.

P.P.S: What are your opinions about the suzuki hologram for the back and a khyber one for the front grill? I would like to get those.

id suggest that you get a swift emblem rather than khyber, this car's real name was swift, plus you can get fresh swift emblems easier than khyber originals
